All About KidsWorld
Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday 8am – 8pm, Friday – Sunday 8am – 1:30pm
KidsWorld: children ages 12weeks – 11 years old.
- Hours of care
- 2 hours of care per day for each child infants under 3 years old.
- 3 hours of care per day for each child 3 years old to 11 years old.
- 1 hour and 15 minutes of care per day for infants under 3 months of age.
Non-Member Children: If your child is not on your account, you may use KidsWorld for a daily max of 2 hours at $14 an hour
General Guidelines
- An Information and Waiver Form is required for all children on their first visit.
- Parents MUST remain on club premises. Failure to do so will result in the loss of KidsWorld Privileges
- Sick children will not be permitted into KidsWorld. If your child did not attend school on a regularly scheduled day, they may not attend KidsWorld
- Children who become ill while in KidsWorld will be sent home until they are symptom free for 24 hours. A doctor’s note may be required to return to KidsWorld
- Foul language and rough play will be addressed immediately. We will share with Parents any issues that may arise, particularly if the child is having a hard time responding to guidance from the Staff. Parents may be called if this behavior occurs and continues after a warning
- Please clearly label your child(s) food and drinks with their name. Please no glass containers or NUT products. We are unable to heat any food.
- Please have your child fed and changed before entering KidsWorld
- Disposable diapers only
- Gum is not permitted in KidsWorld
- ClubSport is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please choose wisely what you want your child to bring to KidsWorld
- Cubbies are available for personal items if needed
- Please leave your child(s) shoes, bags and other belongings in the cubbies
- Please limit cell phone usage to the front lobby of the club
- Pictures are not permitted in KidsWorld
- Policies and hours are subject to change
KidsWorld Illness Policies and Guidelines
Children who are ill will not be permitted into KidsWorld. If your child did not attend school, they may not attend KidsWorld.
Any child exhibiting one or more of the following conditions/symptoms will not be allowed for a visit and we will request they be taken home
- Unless otherwise noted, children may return to KidsWorld 24 hours after they have been symptom free.
- Temperature of 100.3 or higher for Infants (6 weeks – 2 years)
- Temperature of 99.8 or higher for toddlers (2 years and up)
- Nasal discharge that is cloudy, yellow, or green
- Nasal discharge that is clear but constantly draining and cannot be controlled with tissue and proper handwashing.
- Coughing that is congested, persistent, or croupy sounding
- Rashes of unknown cause. Child may return when rash is gone or medical provider documents that rash is not contagious.
- Eyes that are red and swollen; redness in white of eyes, and/or discharge from the eye. This could be pink eye and is extremely contagious. Please have a doctors note BEFORE entering KidsWorld
- Has been on antibiotics for LESS than 24 hours
- Has been vomiting or experiencing persistent nausea
- Diarrhea- Children that have had diarrhea should NOT return to KidsWorld until they have not had diarrhea for a MINIMUM of 24 hours
- Lice or nits- Child can return to KidsWorld when hair is free of Lice AND Nits
If your child is asked to be removed from KidsWorld because of an illness, staff may request a doctor’s note before your child may return.. These policies are to protect the health and well-being of all members, children and staff.
