Youth Training Programs

Performance Proven. Over 1 million athletes have used the Parisi Speed School systems to build their athletic skills. With 100+ locations in the United States and worldwide, Parisi Speed Schools use a curriculum based in science and sports psychology to help every athlete reach their potential. Club Sport has partnered with Parisi Speed School to provide sports and athletic training to San Jose and the Bay area.

Jump Start: Ages 7-12

The Parisi Jump Start Program utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation, improve their coordination and self-esteem. Our signature speed and strength training methods are serious, but all within a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%. Jump Start is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.

Total Performance: Ages 12-15

This program builds on an athlete’s physical foundation and refines their skills for them to maximize their strength, aerobic and/or sport specific training. Athletes will also learn the skills and conditioning necessary to help prevent injuries through various warm-ups, exercises and techniques. It is during this program that the athlete and Parisi Performance Coach focus on the detailed, but critical specifics that are the basis for athletic success, to develop a good athlete into a great one!

Elite Sports Performance : Ages 14-22

Parisi Elite Sports Performance transitions Total Performance athletes to their next level of ability. This program focuses on the regression and progression of our signature speed-training methods. Utilizing either Basic Strength or Advanced Strength programming, this level builds on an athlete’s physical foundation and develops their athletic abilities even further. At this level, programming aligns with the focuses of Total Performance training with an increase in difficulty and intensity to promote enhanced athletic performance.

PEAK Training: Ages 7 & Up

PEAK = Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge

For all ages aspiring to compete at the highest levels. This program provides sports-specific training for athletes.

Delivered in semi-private sessions, the Parisi PEAK Program identifies the skills that are necessary for an athlete to reach their potential at a specific sport and provides them with the training necessary to help turn “potential abilities” into “actual abilities.”

PEAK has been proven to help athletes:

  • Run their fastest sprint time ever
  • Increase vertical jump
  • Break their all-time max lift
  • Maximize agility

Performance Evaulation

Until an athlete knows his or her current level of ability, it is impossible to realistically recommend programming, create goals and monitor progress. The Parisi Performance Evaluation is critical to every athlete in our program for four main reasons:

  • Assesses the current level of an athlete’s ability
  • Allows proper placement in our variety of programming
  • Provides individualized coaching and focus
  • Records and monitors progress toward success

The Parisi Performance Evaluation is mandatory for every athlete who enters the Parisi program. During the evaluation, athletes are taught our signature Active Dynamic Warm-Up, are examined during our Running Analysis procedure, and tested in a battery of physical speed and strength movements. After the evaluation we review the results together and discuss the appropriate program that fits the athlete’s needs.
