Small Group Training

Small Group Training programs are designed to give you the expert supervision of personal training, in a shared environment with students working towards a similar goal. Learn to perfect your power lifting, balance, agility, speed, strength and more in one of these unique programs. Group sizes are limited and programs are created and led by certified professional instructors.

Training Packages

All packages can be used for any session type.

  • Single session: $45
  • 5-pack: $200 ($40/session)
  • 10-pack: $380 ($38/session)
  • 15-pack: $525 ($35/session)

Pilates Reformer

Pilates combines strength, flexibility, stability, and control. These sessions utilize challenging resistance created by the springs of the Reformers and works the muscles throughout their full range of motion.

Total Power

Looking to increase strength and muscle mass? Total Power with Coach Matt will train you to increase your max weight single-lift in the three fundamental lifts of the sport of power lifting: squat, dead lift, and bench press.

Build a Booty

Build a Booty is a lower body strength training session designed to target not only your booty, but all the leg muscles. Booty incorporates weights, bands, body weight, and a whole lot of time under tension. Build them peaches!

Real Strength

Strength comes in many forms, speeds and angles. Push, Pull, Lift, Throw, Squat… We do it all, in order to make you look and feel strong. Utilizing equipment like Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, & ViPRs, expect a 3 dimensional approach to make your muscles feel challenged. If you are a beginner, don’t worry, we have lots of progressions and regressions to make sure no one in the group is left behind.

Dynamic Conditioning

Conditioning and cardio can be boring, but these dynamic conditioning sessions are next level fun, utilizing time-based training to keep you focused and engaged. Sleds, Medballs, Ropes, ViPR and Body Weight movements will be mixed in to make sure that you leave each session feeling accomplished and energized.

EndoStrength

Location: Edge 
Monday 5:30p-6:30p – Jules Silkwood 
Thursday 5:30p-6:30p – Nick Comeau 

This hybrid program focuses on two main components – strength and endurance. Comprised of 4 stations, you will develop the fundamental lifts: deadlift, bench, squat, press, and row. Through the use of various strength and conditioning equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, sleds and more, you will achieve improved form, confidence, and a well-rounded fitness foundation. This program suits athletes of all skill levels. Together, let’s prepare for the sport of life!

The Interval Experience (TIE)

When: Tuesday @6pm 
Coach: Bronson 
Location: Edge 

During this high energy session, we will be utilizing intervals as a guide. There are 3 main phases to The Interval Experience: a conditioning phase, team challenge/game phase and strength training phase. Expect to utilize any/all Edge equipment throughout the workout. Come ready for a great workout for you (and your friends) to push your potential.
