Aquatics Policies

The fastest and simplest way is to register your student via the Club Sport @ The Plex app, available in iTunes and Play store.
Registration can also be done in person at the Aquatics office; however, we will ask that you download the app for (faster) future registration. Payment must be completed in full prior to the first day of class.

If you are booking private lessons via the app and book more than 1 timeslot for your child, you must submit a cancellation for the incorrectly booked class within 30 minutes of the original booking. Submitting a cancellation after the 30-minute period will result in you forfeiting half the cost of private lessons for that month.
If a student is registered after the session has begun, the class cost will be prorated from their start date.

Classes with only 1 Student: We reserve the right to cancel any class with only one student 24 hours before the session starts and reschedule that student to a different class.
