Pro-rated classes aren’t offered for missed lessons. We will do our best to work with you to meet your request for rescheduling missed lessons as a make-up lesson.
Per 10-week group lesson session, one make-up lesson is provided if availability permits. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed; if a lesson is missed and we do not have an available class time, the class is then forfeited. All make-up lessons must be completed within the session in which the original lesson was missed.
All make-up lessons will take place in the last three weeks of the session, meaning make-up lessons will not be scheduled until the last three weeks of the session. A written request by email is required to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a make-up lesson, make up lessons may not be scheduled over the phone or in person unless a written request is submitted first. If you request a make-up lesson before the last three weeks, the Aquatics Office will return your email during the make-up lesson period.
No more than one make-up lesson will be scheduled per student per session unless approved by the Aquatics Manager, Kaitlyn Allen.
