MG Elite

Women on Weights is a tailored six-week strength program designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. Led by elite trainer Sabrina Tenette, this program offers customized strength and lifting programming to help you build confidence, improve technique, and achieve your fitness goals.
Join us for 60-minute sessions every Tuesday and Thursday, where you’ll train with TRX straps, barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells—all while focusing on progressive resistance and proper form. Pilates Reformer
Pilates combines strength, flexibility, stability, and control. These pilates classes utilize challenging resistance created by the springs of the Reformers and works the muscles throughout their full range of motion.
